PMT-3030P reinforced TPO membrane is manufactured through hot-melt extrusion, utilizing Hifax TPO resin produced by chemical copolymerization, a UV-resistant formulation, and a non-woven polyester fabric mesh encapsulated between the TPO-based top and bottom layers. The integration of the fabric and TPO layers provides high tensile and tear strength, as well as excellent puncture resistance. The unique TPO formulation ensures extreme pliability, flexibility and weldability during installation. The surface functional layer is made of colourless transparent resin patented by Yuhong, which offers excellent resistance to dirt pickup. This membrane is designed for mechanical installation using fasteners (like screws) or invisible welding methods such as electromagnetic pulse welding in waterproofing systems. A high-quality, UV resistant homogeneous TPO cover strip is provided to cover end-side lap joint, exposed discs or fasteners and other detailing.
